I worked as a receptionist/front desk officer, whereby during my shift I make sure all reservations are been kept, incoming guest are being checked in properly and into vacant clean rooms. Then as a supervisor, I make sure the accounts are well balanced and submitted accordingly either via email reports, log book report and spread sheet report, I have also make sure the front desk is looking neat and tidy and then Customer Service as also being my key to success in the hospitality business.
