RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quantity takes off as per project requirement.
Preparation, submission, follow up & coordination with consultant in processing the interim payment application/certification to client
Reviewing the subcontractor’s/supplier’s invoices and certifying interim payment applications.
Ensuring that subcontractors adhere to deadlines
Knowledge on rate analysis for BOQ items.
On preparation of Subcontractor Agreement’s/Service Agreement’s/Work Orders/PO’s coordinating with Procurement Dept.
Reviews of bonds, guarantees, company documents & insurances to ensure compliance.
Prepared and assisting to Contract’s Administrator for monthly cost report and cash flow forecast.
Prepare, Issue, Verifying RFI’s, variations, and contractual issues for projects.
Assisting to Contract’s Administrator for letter drafting to Sub-Contractors.
Site visit on monthly basis for checking the execution of works
Knowledge on FIDIC and POMI Standards.
Documentation & maintaining records
Undertake any other duties within our capabilities as may be reasonably required.

84 villas, 21 staff accommodation, community center, utility buildings, 21 substations, light house, sewage treatment plant, water desalination plant, infrastructure works, swimming pools & water features.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Taking off quantities as per project requirement.
Preparing cost plan and updating cost plan at difference design stages
Preparing Bills of Quantities
Cross check IFC designs.
Prepare Schedule of Work / Materials / Systems as per the Contract Specifications and Drawings.
Carryout necessary follow-ups with request/delivery of ordered materials.
Taking the Quantity from the Approved Shop Drawing for the Buildings.
Making Variation for the Additional Quantities.
Checking the Used Material Quantity on Side.
Preparing Local Purchase Orders.
Update the Latest Revised IFC Drawings and Taking the Difference.
Preparing Equipment Schedules for order the Major Equipment.
Co-ordinate with Draftsmen to Update the Latest Revision.
Preparing and Managing the Logs & Progress.
Cross Check the Quantity from as Build Drawings.
To support commercial & procurement section in post contract functions required within the team. This includes all the inter department liaison to resolve and close actions, prepare reports, recommendations, analyze data, analyze performance measures, support other members of the expressway team, letters review and other requirements as required.
