Monthly inspections of site equipment, fire extinguishers, lifting tackle and activities.

Review project’s safety performance each week and take any necessary corrective action’s.

Conducting tool box meeting and weekly safety meeting to all employees, make aware about the

safe work practice.

Inspecting all work permits and their work procedure, as per risk assessment.
