Performs the necessary filing like personal staff records, CoVID 19 EHS file, other documents related to the Outlet.
Check the frequently levels of office stationery.
Assisting with full support to all the staffs Manager/ Head related to admin/ clerical works.
Assigned as POC of the outlet to coordinate and communicate with Head Office personnel.
In-charge on Club Manager’s task related to Admin during vacation leave.
Raised maintenance request thru MMS and follow up to rectify the maintenance issue. Maintain/ update Training File Record of all staffs (EFST, BOH, FOH, etc.) EFST record tracking, arranging EFST Class / Exams.
