Crescent Point Energy U.S. Corp. Crude Oil Dispatcher / Buyer / Data Management 7/2014 to 11/1/2019 Manage department and all personnel. Work closely with marketing team to ensure best sale price for each trucking contract per API. Dispatch all oil in a timely manner to prevent loss of production. Communicate with all lease operators and trucking companies. Dispatch graders, hot oilers and water trucks as needed. Communicate with oil refineries and rail yards on times and availability of adequate storage. Buy oil for storage or rail contracts when needed. Rtchex system lease data management, new user training, troubleshooting and dispatching. Pull and gather data reports for leaders and authorized representatives. Work closely with BLM representatives to prevent all infractions, lease audits and ensure all Oil & Gas Onshore orders are followed. Monthly production record audit and filing of each lease obtained. Work with tank strapping company to ensure accurate data is obtained and recorded for each water and oil tank. Submit all tank straps to BLM, save to company main file directory and enter data into Rtchex lease information. Process invoicing in a timely manner. Work with Engineering to build and maintain batteries with ability to efficiently process, store, load water / oil onto trucks for transport in a safe manner within regulations.
