RESPONSIBILITIES
I superintended over the implementation of “Mass Account activation drive” at the Amakom branch of Bank of Africa, Ghana. Supervised and managed a team of ten (10) direct sales officers to educate, market and subscribe potential clients to the banks newly introduced products and services that targeted the informal sector, lower-income earners, and the poor. This was achieved by preparing an active weekly call plan and maintaining call reports on both new potential clients and the existing ones. My team overachieved our KPIs.
My other responsibilities include the management and maintaining wealth management portfolios worth thousands of dollars.
Promote the bank in the community by making outside calls and maintaining an active visible role in appropriate organizations. Participate in civic activities to promote growth and development in the community and a positive image for the bank.
Makes business development calls on both current and prospective retail and commercial opportunities. Making presentations to prospective new business and conducting credit analysis on to support potential SME creditors.
