1.QA Inspector-Multiplex Construction Company LLC: November 2015 to 12 September 2019
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparing RFI (Request For Inspection) for all civil activities like Excavation, Backfilling, FDT (Field Density Test), Lean concrete, Reinforce concrete, Curing, Moisture test, Surface preparation, Concrete coating, DFT(Dry Film Thickness) .
• Surveillance inspection of all civil ongoing activities at project site.
• Coordinating with construction engineers and PMT (Project Management Team)
& Project Inspection Department (PID) for inspection of each activity for client approval.
• Witnessing of the testing of compressive strength of concrete at the 3rd party laboratory.
• Witnessing of Field testing like Compaction test FDT (Field Density Test) and Dry film thickness (DFT).
• Coordinate with Consultant regarding the site activities as per standard.
• Inspection of concrete finishing and building finishing according to standard and specification.
• Inspection of all formwork and Reinforcement steel work as per standard.
• Reporting the all related activities to QA/QC manger.
• Reviewing all quality related activities & preparing all quality related reports on site.
• Preparing Weekly report of project related to project Quality Management.
• Issuing the NCR (Non Conformance Report) for any nonconformance.
• Reviewing third laboratory inspection.
• Conducting material inspections for all CIVIL items delivered at the site.
• Documentation of all RFI’s (Request for Inspection) after signed by the consultant.
• witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within their disciplines
• Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors
• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status
• Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken
• Review all inspection reports for compliance
• Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system
• Liaise with the site construction engineers and provide assistance when requested
• Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions
• Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities
• Coordinate with the Client QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems
• Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained
• Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation
• Attend the weekly QC meetings
• Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customers contract specializations
• The issuance of nonconformance reports in conjunction with the site QC manager
• The completion of QC site instructions and coordinate their closure The review of inspection test packages during the course of construction activities

• Able to read and interpret isometric and piping drawings, plot plans and P & ID's..
• Selects, measures, cuts and installs underground and above ground piping systems, joints and connections, including concrete pipe, carbon steel pipe, fiberglass and thermoplastic pipe, using hand and power tools and aided by slings and aligning dogs.
• Prepares pipe lengths and fittings for fit-up and sets up all types of wield joints prior to completion by welder.
• Selects, inspects and uses rigging aids such as block and tackle, chain hoist, come-along, jack and tagger. Aligns piping against thrust blocks.
• Completes final installation of piping system with required fabricated spools, pipe, fittings, valves, gaskets, bolts, supports and hangers.
• Prepare completed pipe systems for hydrostatic testing in accordance with approved test packages
