Some of my Duties
Desktop Support (helping Users with network connectivity, Windows 8 and 10, Adding users on Xerox and Ricoh Printers, troubleshooting print errors and logging calls to service providers if the printers are displaying messages for parts repairs, connecting projectors meetings, setting up board room sound)
Managing users accounts on Active Directory (creating new users, changing passwords, disabling accounts for users who are living the organization)
Helping users with office 365 (Outlook email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, MS Streams, One-drive storage)
Testing network device connectivity every morning: [pinging (Servers, Access points, printers and troubleshoot any devices that is not reachable, and Running server back-ups, checking the server room temperatures, I was responsible for ICT store room housekeeping]
I was also helping in other departments if they need a man power like going to the store rooms for assets verifications
