Dismantle, fit and replaces pipes, valves and flanges Perform leak/pressure test

Perform service bulletin on pipe tubing, sleeves and clamps Inspect, repair, assembly and disassemble turbine blades, fans and variable guide vanes Perform borescope inspection on turbine blades tips, trailing edges, roots and pins. Service, maintain and repair turbine blades fans and propellers Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance including replacing or repair components and perform operational checks.

Develops or obtains requisitions for new spares/parts and equipment. Record paperwork in connection with maintenance performed and write maintenance reports. Carry out planned and preventative maintenance scheduled as required on process and services equipment. Troubleshooting malfunctioning and fault diagnosis. Improvise necessary solutions and when needed.

Continuously adhere to and engage in safe working practices. Adhere to the company safety policy.

Ensure clean, safe and organised work area.
