At ADITYA CEMENT WORKS, ULTRATECH CEMENT LTD from November’2012 to till date.
Presently working as Assistant Manager (Mines).
Responsibilities at Aditya Cement Works –
Survey, execution & also facilitation of all SAP related activities, preparation of Mining Plans, MIS & Cost, Production planning & Budgeting, Quality Control of limestone from Mines to Cement Plant for a fully mechanized mines with an annual production of 10.0 million tons/annum.
Mines Shift Operation - Worked as a shift In-charge for more than 6 years at GCW & AC. Major responsibility for Production with Safety, quality and productivity of equipment.
Survey - Field survey, preparation of all plans and sections.
Blasting work - Experience Drilling & Blasting having sound knowledge in Controlled Blasting Techniques, Planning, Drilling, charging of holes & Blast vibration monitoring along with PESO records.
Presently Working
Presently associated with Aditya Cement Works, UltraTech Cement Ltd., Chittorgarh (Rajasthan) as Assistant Manager in Mines Operations.
Implementation of following activities has been carried out:-
Looking Drilling & Blasting
Full engagement in Preparation of Revenue Budget and same is updating in TM1 software
Preparation of daily MIS Report and cost sheet of mines
All jobs related to Capex and regular monitoring/review in Karomi software
Fulfillment of safety gadgets requirement for shift working
Noise mapping survey as per requirement of DGMS
Maintenance of both (Line-1 & line-2) Weigh- Bridges
DMG online Production entry & Preparation of Documents for Royalty Assessment
Worked as Power user SAP PPQM module and rectify all problems related to this module, Shift data to be check in SAP and rectify the problem on regular basis.
Day to day activities in SAP for mines operation dept. including process order entry
Facilitation in all Audits related to mines operations site
Medical examination of all employees and record keeping with medical surveillance.
Maintenance and operation of Automatic Water Sprinklers.
Co-ordination of both shifts in Line-1 Mines
Daily Man power deployment in Kronos software and preparation of service entry sheet in SAP
Preparation of PR, RPR, Issue pass, Gate pass in SAP as per proactive plan
WCM related work in confluence software like QCDIP data updating, BCE, 5S Audit etc. Planning & Execution of dewatering pump in mines.
Achievements
Reduction in Excavation cost by 0.27 Rs/MT & transportation cost by 0.45 Rs/MT by regular lead and lift data monitoring in FY 2019-20.
Successful execution of mines diesel filling activity after its transfer from maintenance to operation section.
Planning and successful execution of contractor over burden and screen rejection removal activity.
28 Lac KL Water harvesting planning in mine active pits with regular survey of water stock and proper pumping arrangement in rainy season as per mining plan to fulfill plant requirement.
Maintenance of the floor level @ working faces through personal initiatives by Survey.
IT SKILLS
Proficient with MS-Windows, WCM Confluence Software, Tm1, MySetu, Kronos software etc.
Carrying out day-to-day activities through materials module, finance module and maintenance module of SAP.
