Encode all the reports on our format. Ensure that the Register of tests Reports are updated daily.

Update the Lot, PWL, and NCR Register daily. Updated copies should be emailed or printed and given to PM (Project Manager).

Double-check all encoded reports. Ask the Laboratory technician to have double check.

Follow up with PM daily the Quantity Measurement for Lot Submission.
