Analysis for equipment break down/ product NC / Zero quality issues / Production variance is made and countermeasures are put in place as planned

Ensure internal PPM to achieve Zero rejections.

Hands on experience in 5S.

Active Participation in training and skill development of associates.

Improvement activity Line efficiency / cost reduction.

Responsible for making sure orders are met on time, that products are of the right quality and that costs are kept as low as possible.
