Duties include supervising all daily responsibilities of Patient Service Representatives, interviewing, and training new hires, ensuring the center has the correct orders for each day, serving as a backup to Clinical Assistant as needed, working closely with Lead Tech and Center Director regarding daily operations. Provide assistance to Center Director in regard to case management. Stand in as PSR for all front desk responsibilities. Serve as a Liaison to referring MD offices to ensure efficient workflows between offices.

Patient Service Representative, Solis Mammography

Patient Service Representative is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for patients by greeting, gathering information, registering, and posting payments. Duties also include answering phones, explaining mammogram procedures and insurance benefits, data entry, strong attention to detail, giving excellent customer service, digitizing films and CD's, scanning documents, support Radiologists and techs, scheduling, preparing charts, any other duties as needed/requested.
