Position held: General Foreman/Superintendent
Lead and supervise commercial contracts on ground up, renovations and remodels. I’ve led crews of up to 40+ to include all trades through to CO turnovers. I manage and schedule subs, implement safety procedures, manage inspections, material handling, T&M, and coordinate with clients, architects, project managers, engineers, inspectors and crews/employees to turn over numerous jobs on time and on budget. I’ve led jobs of $5 mil+ from start to finish. In coordination with civil architects and engineers, we problem solve site/print issues through RFI’s and work towards solutions.

Perform rough and finished carpentry work in a major, multi-year renovation project based at King of Prussia Mall in PA. Routinely read blueprints and sketches to assess layout and ensure proper measurement and guide. Position held: Union Foreman (Commercial)
Responsible for handling on site installation and construction of retail millwork and fixtures. Served as daily liaison between the general contractor, project managers, architects and the client. Gathered and executed the scope of work within the allotted schedule all while maintaining deadlines, quotas and costs. Delegating crews and overseeing project manpower while maintaining safety at the forefront.
Commercial Décor Group Nov. 2009 – Oct. 2015
Position held: Lead Traveling Fixture Installer
Traveled extensively and installed fixtures in new commercial dwellings such as malls, new car dealerships, and other establishments. Completed layout and installation of all fixtures in accordance to blueprints and also did on-site fabrication. Fixtures included cabinetry packages, millwork, counter tops, free standing fixtures, lighting, interactive and non-interactive media packages, and general carpentry. Responsible for surveying the site, working with architects, designers and GC’s. Some of the jobs included Fiat, Nissan, Hyundai, Scion, Chrysler, AT&T stores, and FISKER.
Future Construction Feb. 2007 – Oct. 2009
Position held: Superintendent
In charge of Wal-Mart Renovations. Renovated entire stores, which included demo, framing, drywall, taping, trim, cabinetry, doors, and hardware and fixture installation. Oversaw crews of 20-35 employees. Jobs typically lasted anywhere from two weeks to two and half months while on the road as traveling carpenters. Other duties included maintaining weekly and daily schedules, material ordering and handling and on sight QC.

Position held: Superintendent
Job duties included overseeing employee and subcontractor crews in building tenant fit-outs and strip malls. Personally, oversaw the construction phase from layout, metal framing, inspections, insulation, drywall, finishing and trim to finish tenant fit-outs complete with fixture installs. We built stores, such as Model’s, Panera Bread, Ethan Allen, to smaller tenants such as H&R Block, Justice, and Carter’s.

Position held: Service Manager/ Foreman
Duties included overseeing both subcontractor crews and employees in the construction field. Customer service interaction was a daily requisite in scheduling and servicing home warranties and repairs. Billing and scheduling were part of my office duties along with material handling, ordering and estimating. In the field duties included QC of employees, material handling, field surveying and estimating. New construction and repairs.
