1. Title: Jamming of Toggle in Injection Moulding Machine.

• Company Name: - Milacron Ltd.

Description: The Basic aim of the project was to reduce the surface roughness between the mating parts of the machine and providing the lubrication so that the friction between the mating parts can be drastically reduced so that the jamming of toggle will not be able to take place and it will save the machine from the failure of the parts which will reduce the overall cost of the company.

2. Title: Design and Development for Mass Production.

• Company Name: - Milacron Ltd.

Description: The Basic aim of this project was to increase the production of the barrel adapters. Which was a very time-consuming process on the VMC machine as it was not possible to produce more than 4 to 5-barrel adapters at a time. Hence a fixture was designed which was able to produce 20-barrel adapters at a time by saving time of 310 minutes. This increased the production of the company as well as saves their time.
