I am a Ugandan, Goal oriented, innovative, and capable of Managing Finance, Audit and administration related issues, able to relate and work successfully with other people at all levels. Technically Competent to Analyze and interpret financial and administration issues. I am fluent in the English and Luganda Languages. I hold a Degree in B.com External Accounting from Makerere University Business School, and presently at my Third level of the Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (CPA-U).

DUTIES
- Develop procedures for monitoring analyzing project budgets for accurate projection of expenditures and comparisons of actual and budgeted spending.
-Review all vouchers prepared for expenditures and ensure that expenses are reasonable, allowable and allocable to the project and in compliance with the financial accounting policies and procedures
- Manage processes to record and reconcile expenses against income and provide regular management reporting
- Oversight of project’s management of financial and reporting functions to ensure compliance with the terms of the agreement
- Provide training and guidance to staff on managing project expenses to annual work plan and contract budgets
- Provide leadership and support during project startup and close out with regards to setting up the project office, bank accounts, logistics and staff administration
- Perform regular reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Maintain financial files and support preparations of annual audit, annual financial statements
- Oversee the management of the cash flows (Outflows and inflows).
- Filling Payee returns and NSSF contribution and prepare staff payroll
- Preparation of Financial reports monthly,Bi-annual and yearly reports for the donors, management and the board
