I Organize, monitor, and manage over 5,200 hours of flight operations, as well as the qualification, training and safety of 320 individuals on flight and hangar deck firefighting evolutions.

I Manage, Provide Guidance and oversee the maintenance of approximately $1.5M of firefighting equipment, ensuring a 100% safe ready flight deck during the inaugural F-35 embarked operations by OSHA standards.

Work independently and dedicate 46 hours of developing and mentoring new officers for commissioning programs.

Implement plans in managing the unplanned free loading and unloading of 1.2 million gallons of JP-5 fuel.

Physical Fitness Instructor, Sep 2007 – Present

I directed the command physical fitness program that was quoted “The best they have ever seen” by the Physical Fitness Readiness Control Inspection Team by DOD standards.

I worked independently in examining the physical and health conditions of more than 3,000 personnel, establish appropriate exercise plans, monitor their overall improvements, and recommend solutions when needed.
