Designed and tested business procedures using the Lawson Financial Accounts Receivable and Billing applications (Version 6.1 Unix) to be implemented in all North American Westin Hotels & Resorts. Worked with the IS team in the design and testing of the Fidelio Accounts Receivable to Lawson Billing systems interface.

Acted as the point person for a beta site for a credit card interface system that became a Westin standard. Was recognized for outstanding Billing and Collections results, and reducing the Number of Days Sales Outstanding to an all time record low for the property, and for Westin Hotels & Resorts.
