Summary
My 35+ years of utility experience includes approximately 16 years as Lineman/Crew Foreman, 13 years as Electric Supervisor, 6 years as subject matter expert for NorthWestern Energy’s Outage Management System reconciling outages, maintaining map integrity, and training new dispatchers/system controllers, and most recently as Distribution Operations Control Center Supervisor. I have extensive experience in scheduling crews, dealing with Union employees, and managing all aspects of electric distribution. I am fluent in many different computer programs including CIS, GIS, Hexagon’s CAD/MWM/OMS, ABB/Hitachi’s ADMS, Office, ARCOS, and many other proprietary programs. I attended Change Management training several years ago and was pivotal in the implementation of NorthWestern’s OMS system. In addition, I possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Carroll College in Helena. I am a highly skilled public speaker and teacher. Teaching is my passion and I am able to bring my unique combination of both field work and management together to produce results. I look forward to bringing my extensive experience to your company.
