Transportation Management:
Responsible for vehicles / routes / on time and overall fleet management.
Preparing routes with shortest distance covering time and cost to the company and updating time in roster.
Supervising the updation and maintenance of vehicle documents for all the transport claims, audits, etc.
Coordinating with vendor’s supervisors on daily basis for routing and providing timely pickups and drops tracking sheets.
Handling MIS billing monthly routes cost/ & Adhoc request receive by various process vice. Extra cab/Taxi bills of Vendor.
