Manage insurance authorization process for therapy services for 32 skilled nursing facilities across the state of Arizona. Solely created a profit of over $500k in a previously underutilized area of therapy.

Implemented and trained over 100 people from 32 facilities and our affiliates on Smartsheet, creating a centralized and streamlined process for multiple departments.
