SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:
Manage Subcontractors as per Contractor HSE Management System
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly HSE reports
Reviewing &Implementing the Site HSE plan In Project Site
Preparing the JSA, TRA, Risk assessments as per the Scope of Work
Investigating the accidents, Incidents & Preparing Investigation Findings Report
Prepare Accident Incident reports.
Conduct the Fire, Spill& other medical Emergency mock drills and Prepare the observation Report
Attend the Client HSE Meeting and Management HSE meeting.
Co-operate and participate with senior HSE Coordinator and Manager to sort out the

Conduct the In house training for new arrival employees.
Seeking & obeying the Senior HSE Coordinator and Managers advises, instructions at all time
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
HSE Inspection for the daily work progress
Conduct HSE Trainings As per client requirement.
Ensure Sub-contractors Complying, following the HSE Policy & requirements.
Develop & update project HSE plan.
Review the accident Incident reports Cascade to All Employees.
Establish Emergency investigation.
Arrange the Third Party trainings and Maintain the Training records
Maintain and update of HSE records of all sections as per the Company Procedure and Client Requirements.
Carry out daily and continuously site visit to determine the effectiveness adequacy of system of HSE requirement.
Preparation of Accident & Incident reports and investigation
Organize, monitor and coordinate Safety Awareness Program, Loss Prevention Program at site.
To develop, training and educate supervisors & workers to follow safe working practices.
Site inspections with client to ensure safe working practices are followed
Make sure that all Equipment using in the work location Certified by the third party.
Support the HSE Manager and Coordinator to all team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
