I worked in Armed Forces Nursing Corps for 28 years with effect from 1993 to 2021 . In my long career in armed forces worked in different capacities in clinical, administrative and instructional capacities.

On the clinical side worked as staff nurse in almost all the clinical disciplines. However my special interest has been in Intensive Care and also qualified ICU diploma from NEB Punjab.

I am approved for the award of Chief Of Naval Staff Commendation Card in recognition of my services in Covid 19 ICU in PNS Hafeez Islamabad. Worked in various administrative capacities such as deputy Matron. Also worked as instructor in Armed forces College Of Nursing at Armed Forces Post Graduate Medical Institute. Taught various courses to under graduate nursing cadets. I was actively involved in paper setting and conduct of examinations at National level for various prestigious nursing institutes including Tameer a Millat University Islamabad,University of Health Sciences Lahore and National University of Medical Sciences Rawalpindi
