Provided clinical, timely assessment and referral for clients mentally ill and substance abusing appropriate plans to help divert incarceration. Worked closely with the Bail Commissioners and Public Defenders in order to provide them with an alternative to incarceration. Followed up with clients and provided the court with compliancy reports in a timely manner. Interview clients coming out of correctional facilities and make necessary referrals for a smooth transition into the community.
