Manage the day-to-day operations of a older adult Healthcare Center which includes (Skilled Nursing, Skilled Memory Care, Assisted Living, Memory Support Assisted Living, Wellness Center/Clinic, and out Patient Rehab Services) supporting a culture of Resident Directed Life and the principles of the Well Being Model.

Development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures for regulatory compliance and staff direction.

Responsible for the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement and for fostering a culture of compliance in operations as certified Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Certified Professional.

Maintain quality working relationships and communications with each internal department and the local community partners.
