Professional Experience:

Since March-2013 to 30th October 2020 worked with Chatterjee Cleaning Arts Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Facility Manager. Clients handled: SBI head quarter (Samriddhi Bhawan). Job Responsibilities:

1. General Administration

• Over all responsible for general administration, Housekeeping Services, Pantry Services, Mailroom services, Façade, Horticulture, Pest Control, Office Support Services, waste management, Key Management, vendors / visitor’s, front office management etc.

• Establish and maintain inventories of housekeeping supplies and equipment and ensure equipment is working.

• Responsible for periodic pest control services of entire office premises, maintenance of indoor plants and Horticulture services.

• Responsible for making monthly budget & procurement of cleaning consumable, toiletries, pantry consumable, stationary items, Crockery & Cutlery Item, plant & flower, medicine etc.

• Organizing the training of all vertical team members with the support of concerned vendors.

• Supervise all housekeeping & support staff, hires new employees as needed, discharges employees when necessary and take disciplinary actions when policies are not followed. Evaluates employees in order to upgrade them when suitable opening arise.

• Preparing & maintaining daily, weekly and monthly report.

• Responsible for maintaining all staff attendance and stock register.

• Monitoring, issuing & making inventory of the stationary items & medicine.

• Acting as bridge between clients, higher hierarchy and employee. 2. Soft Services

• Taking daily property round to ensure facilities are cleaned and maintained accordance with company standards.

• Monitor daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of entire office, boardroom / meeting rooms, Sr. management cabins, reception / seating areas, washrooms, cafeteria and other common areas.

• Responsible for making and implementation of cleaning checklist, cleaning schedule and ensure that all the checklist should be follow on a daily basis.

• Conducts orientation training to explain policies, SOP’s, System & Process, usage of chemicals, equipment’s, machinery and demonstration to dilution of chemicals, process of storage the chemicals and machinery, safety precaution, MSDS etc.

• Responsible for making welcome arrangement of the client visit and special guest visit in the office premises.

• Responsible for arrangement of conference room booking and ensuring of the high standard amenities availability in the conference / board room.

• Responsible for making arrangement to attending visitors, promptly providing water, tea, beverages and other needs.

• Responsible for periodic pest control services of entire office premises, Sr. management cabins, meeting rooms, basement & parking areasetc.

• Responsible for periodically Maintenance of indoor / outdoor plants.

• Responsible for procurement & placement of seasonal indoor plants for beatification of the building and inside premises, cabin, meeting rooms etc.

3. Event Management.

• Responsible for arrangement and smooth functioning of corporate events, Parties, Board meetings, conference, get-together, R&R celebration etc.

4. Front Office Management.

• Answering all incoming calls and redirecting to the concerned department.

• Greetings to the guest / customer at the office.

• Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings.

• Sorting daily deliveries / mail / couriers on the basis of priorities.

• Making inventory of courier inward and outward.

5. Vendor Management.

• Responsible for searching new vendors, Rates negotiation and making agreements, contracts, PO and WO of selectedvendors.

• Responsible for day to day coordination with the vendor for supplying manpower, servicing of machines, Consumable, Chemical for housekeeping, Pantry, Stationeries item, Plants and flower, etc.

• Ensure all the vendors provide prompt service. Coordinate with Accounts and Finance department for on time payments of vendors. 6. MIS & Reports.

• Responsible for preparing DMR – Daily Management Report, WMR – weekly management review, L&F – Lost and found report, Stock

& inventory report, MMR – Monthly management report, etc.

• Daily reporting to Manager – Administration for any major/minor breakdown which will affect the Facility operations. Since September 2010 to till March 2013 worked with Jupiter Hospitality Services Private Limited. as a Sr. Executive - Operations.

Clients handled: Mainthan Power Ltd. (A Tata Group Power Plant), MPL Guest House, Sentrum Mall – Asansol, Sentrum complex, Religare regional office, Birla Sun life insurance – 6 branches etc. Job Responsibilities:

• Handling multiple sites across Kolkata (West Bengal).

• Responsible for instrumental in developing and driving the business and managing day to day operational activity on properties in the region.

• Responsible for new sites mobilization and transition.

• Recruitment of new manpower in case shortage of manpower.

• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that excellent service standards. Visiting at sites on a regular basis to attending clients concerns, complaints and undertaking steps to resolve them effectively.

• Day to day coordination with the vendors for material supply, machines AMC, machine repairing etc.

• Sending daily and weekly reports to my reporting officer and MIS / MMR presentation given to Manager Operations on every month.

• Supporting to business development team to generate sales leads from the existing and as well as new client. Since March 2007 to till August 2010 worked with Sanjay Maintenance Services Pvt. Ltd. as Housekeeping - Supervisor. Clients handled: Pacific Mall,

Ghaziabad, U.P. Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees housekeeping staff

• Taking daily round of the property to check cleanliness of common areas, toilets, main entrance, outer areas, escalator, elevator, Food zone etc.

• Recruitment of new manpower in case shortage of manpower.

• Investigating and addressing common / public areas complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.

• Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements in case of absenteeism
