Duties Accomplishments and Related skills communication bouncer often work the door and must talk to people. ask for ID and take cover charge.

Strength if a physical alteration happens, bouncers need to be able to break up fights and physically eject people from the building or restrain them until the police can arrive.

In addition, they will need to talk to unruly patrons and possibly communicate with the police if alteration happens.

Decision making bouncer need to be to determine what to do quick before a situation gets out of control.

Honesty bouncers must be trusted by their employer not to allow underage people into the club; or to let someone who is getting out of control stay on premises.
