I was assigned to help with all incoming clientele. Answering questions, general admin work such as copying, emails, greeting clients, signing them in and seeing them to the relevant rooms for interviews, meetings etc.
To help guide incoming clients to the back, greeting them and making sure the relevant employees make contact and sign relevant paperwork for bodies coming in for cremation. Helping around the office, disinfecting every day, taking messages and answering queries where I can
I was assigned to take over all massage clients as the Beauty side of the business was getting busy with no one left looking after all the massage clients. I was happy to run this part of the Salon but due to Covid restrictions it is proving difficult for bookings to come through and current bookings to rebook.
I am currently still working at La Vie awaiting bookings.
I was called in to assist with the high demand for pre and post op/recovery massages.
I built up a list of clients for the salon within a month, helping the elderly recover from knee, hip and ankle replacements after surgery.
I was contracted to assess the therapists’ skills on all levels and provide skills-development training.
I designed, wrote and trained both therapists in Milkwood Spa’s new signature treatment, including a stand-alone Hand and Arm Massage with Thai and Korean massage techniques.
