2010–2011 INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

2018 up to date INSTRUMENT AND METERING ENGINEER

1.Insure the QHSE in the instrumentation department:

Responsible for complying with all safety, health, environmental policies and procedures of the company.

Responsible of raising Safety issues inside the plant by raising Stop card.

Attending the departmental safety, health and good housekeeping meetings, taking part in plant inspection tours and active participation in implementing Company policy of safety, health, loss prevention and quality management.

Observing all safety, fire and security rules and regulations, including the use of protective clothing and equipment and ensuring that all personnel working on my area comply with safety procedures.

Ensure that all technician put the Individual Protective Elements and respected QHSE in genera.

2.Instrumentation Maintenance Responsible:

Reviews all intervention reports in the CMMS and writes the detailed technical reports.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs on all C&I equipment’s.

Write and revise procedures with field engineer and check them on site.

Manages curative & preventive interventions on site using the CMMS SIMIX.

Carry out spare parts analysis and stocking requirements for instrument on site.

3.Natural Gas Metering Responsible:

Familiar with all natural gas dispatching operations, Fiscal & transactional metering operations (orifice plate and ultrasonic) and all preventive and curative maintenance procedures in metering.

Maintenance and Calibration of Daniel Gas chromatograph Analyzer (GC500, GC700 and GC700XA).

Exploitation and maintenance of CONDUMAX II the Dew Point Analyzer HC and H2O, also AMETEK933 Analyzer for H2S detection.

Good communication with Flow Computer (Emerson S600 and Krohne Summit 8800) and familiar with Gas Metering Standards like ISO5167, ISO6976, AGA8 and AGA10).

Use Kelton Flocalc to check the flow rate calculates and compare it with the flow calculator.

Prepare Permit to Work for Senior Metering Technicians and perform operations and maintenance activities in accordance with established Company Quality Systems and manufacturers' practices and procedures.

Check all gas measurement reports (quality, quantity and verification of all measurement system reports) to approve the fiscal and transactional of Metering skids.
