well as handling numerous customers/telephone calls and other tasks that came up. I went to work for a satellite office where I took care of all of the advertisement and comparing needs for the five small weekly newspapers; manned the front office; managed the billing, accounts payable and receivable; assisted with advertising sales; prepared the press boards and ensured we met deadlines for press schedules.

Before leaving this company to work for Caterpillar, I was preparing to become a full-time Advertising Sales Agent after presenting management with the opportunities I had identified to close marketing gaps and increase profits.
