PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
MICROSTAR Logistics – Eagle Pass, Tx
General Production October 13th 2020 – Current
RESPONSIBILITIES:
COMAC Technician: Operating a keg cleaning automated line (troubleshooting problems, performing titrations to verify quality on the washing process, measuring pH and conducting ATP tests to measure microorganisms inside the kegs).
Sorting Leader: Leading 22 workers to place them into different operating positions throughout the day, filling the daily report and calculating the production efficiency.
General operations: Keg sorting, valve replacements, material movement (Forklift).
Train other production members to be a Sorting Leader.
Made a program on a phone application named Anon Octave Editor to help the other leaders to fill out the daily report.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and development of plastics biodegradation using Tenebrio Molitor Larvae
Working with a master’s degree student to develop the project
Responsible to develop a plan for the research and development
Identify the different polymers with the use of a FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy) equipment.
Calibrate the peristaltic pump to the desired flow rate of basal medium into the 4 bioreactors.
Daily record analysis of what’s happening during the research such as the minerals used for the basal medium, changes on mass, pH changes, COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and visual changes.
Monitor all the silicon tubing of the reactors to prevent leakage
Research was cancelled due to the coronavirus lockdown
