• Monitor the day-to-day performance of assigned Authorized Service Provider (ASP) activities in accordance with Servern Trent Services current installation agreements and customer specific SLAs.

• Recruit installation resources to support markets in which ClorTeccustomers operate.

• Deliver quality installation training to all new and current subcontractors.

• Provide project management leadership/direction as assigned for supporting strategic account or major installation projects.

• Partner with Account Management and Implementation teams in implementing.

• Create/Update installation training materials (Subcontractor certification modules, customer specific guides, etc…)

• Provide senior-level technical installation support to customers, certified subcontractors, and Implementation, Sales, and Support.

• Support Product Management and Engineering as assigned in all activities related to piloting new technologies and firmware revisions in beta stage.

• Work with all key constituents to identify and implement process improvements related to the release of new products and/or to enhance our technicians’ ability to support ClorTec’s lines of business (e.g., troubleshooting guides, tools, etc…).

• Special projects as assigned.
