Revised and implemented new programs for the Erie I BOCES Criminal Justice curriculum that resulted in a dramatic increase in enrollments and modernized the subject matter in the program and curriculum objectives.
Coordinator of the School to Work Initiative that developed a close working relationship with area businesses and Erie I BOCES Criminal Justice programs to improve the instructional skills and competencies required for entry level employees. Planned and implemented an articulation agreement with Erie Community College and Hilbert College for college credit through the Erie I BOCES Criminal Justice program for students that met the required criteria.
Planned and implemented the Mock Trial Program for Erie I BOCES Criminal Justice students in coordination with the Erie County Trial Lawyers Bureau that involved competition in a court room setting among local area high school Criminal Justice programs.
