• As Jobs are kicked off (awarded), a Purchasing Budget file is created from the Quote File, reviewed, verified, and updated to ensure that what was Quoted is what has been kicked off.

• The Purchasing Budget file will be updated to detail out to the Purchasing dept what was quoted in terms of specific Qty, size and type of tooling material, and/or specific outsource.
