(ISO 9001:2015 14001:2015, OSHAS 45001:2018 and responsible care certified Organization) It is specialised in Ethoxylation/Propoxylation, EO/PO block co- polymerization, surfactant chemicals, food emulsifier and chemicals.

Production Engineer - Batch Process (Oct 2018 to till date) Alonde, Dist:- Palghar, Maharashtra.

Batch Reactor, Loop reactor (PLC and SCADA) are used for reaction of Ethoxylation, Propoxylation and Sulphonation at certain temperature and pressure.

Production of alcohol, phenol, acid, fatty acid, fatty alcohol, fatty amine, glycerine, oil and all types Ethoxylate and Propoxylates. (having capacity of 30000 MTPA)

Continuous flaking unit for flakes production and packing.

Exothermic reactions used in industries.

Continuous Extraction and leaching processes.

Attending first aid and fire training at Esteem industries.

Attending Internal training on Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment at Esteem industries.

•Safe and environment friendly shift wise plant operations w.r.t. production plan.

•To achieve plant production as per budgeted norms.

•Controlling all parameter with PLC SCADA System

•To observe trends of parameters and take corrective action on deviation to maintain quality and achieve production target.

•Manpower management and plant operations with zero overtime concepts.

•Handling Vacuum System, Various Type of pump, Steam Ejectors.

•Coordination with service departments to minimize breakdowns.

•All plant data is controlled through ERP system as well as software documentation.

•Having knowledge of safety systems such as fire extinguishers, fire hydrant system, all work permits.

•Responsible for the smooth operation of plant and equipment, carry out routine equipment checklist in shift.
