Monitor & Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness of machines and all major equipment. Adherence of preventive maintenance schedules & recommendation of replacement / addition of equipment.

Coordination with machine shop for casting machining plan, Analysis of Quality concerns related to casting and casting in machine shop

Coordinating with design team for new product development and coordinate to make the process and quality parameters for new product and existing products.

Development of new product for Honda,NISSAN,RENAULT,SPIL.( working on 2 bore cylinder block development for SPIL) process verifying during PPAP audit and SOP making for new parts

Identify training needs of teams. Get the training imparted from in-house / outside faculty through Human Resource Development Team.

Implementing TQM techniques: - Kaizens, 5S,Daily Work Management, SMED projects, Autonomous Maint., Systematic problem solving, Quality circle etc. in my work area. the development of the Flow Diagram, PFMEA and Control Plan. Manage the hand-over process to the Process Engineer during PPAP/SOP.
