Mircom Technologies: Production Supervisor (2018-2020)
Directed and organized operations for 15 staff in a sheet metal/welding shop and warehouse
Maintained direct activities for audits, cycle counts, inventory control and incoming/outgoing product.
Established priorities; work schedules; verification of parts via technical drawings including a close work proximity and communication with Engineering and Senior staff members.
Maintained accurate records of product delivered.
Established KPI’s on output, waste, and cost control reduction of materials, further set guidelines and quotas for staff to follow thus increased productivity by 10%

CANADIAN FORCES: Senior Supervisor (1983-2001)
Managed an aerospace sheet metal fabrication shop, specialized welding and a precision machine shop where quality, overhaul and manufacture of aircraft parts were essential to clients needs.
Liaised with internal experts on technical matters, repair disposition and non-conformances’ thus engineering dispositions were adopted to reflect quick solutions on repair procedures.
