variation, hardness, thickness, friability, disintegration and documenting to ensure GMP compliance.
Supervision of miscellaneous activities like gowning procedure in processing area, deactivation of used gowning
and waste generated during manufacturing process.
Perform manufacturing operation in complies with cGMP norms and Batch conformation with SAP.
Actively participated in preparation part during USFDA, MHRA, WHO and TGA audits.
To observe and report of Product, Material, Machine for their abnormal identified behavior during Production process.
Daily Manpower Allocation.
Ensuring adherence to safe work practices under work permit conditions at the facility.
Planning the day-to-day production activities depending upon the priorities as per planning department and available
resources.
To Co-ordinate the training to operators and workmen of quality standards, norms & practices, identifying
problems and taking corrective action.
To prepare and maintain BMR and other departmental documents as per the cGMP and regulatory requirements.
Preparation of SOPs for new equipments and revision of SOP as per scheduled revision, Annexure Format and all
Related cGMP guidelines. To perform IQ,OQ and PQ of the equipment
