FOUNDER / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Founded Adaptive Architecture to provide IT professional services to multiple clients; build and implement intelligent Network Architectures for client’s new, existing, or relocating data centers and server farms.

Develop a strong network of resources, suppliers, and vendors; design and implement service offerings, market Adaptive Architecture company products to clients across the North America.

Planned and executed datacenter moves for several Fortune 500 companies such as Nokia, CitiGroup, Fina, and Mary Kay; On average these engagements lasted from 12 to 24 months, led a project team of more than 60 analysis in implementing audits, assessments, security reviews a and documenting more than 500+ servers at various customer locations.

Performed network audits at customer locations prior to and after datacenter locations, providing report for the FAA, TI, and TWC to ensure regulatory compliance; led low-level examinations of routers, switches, and servers. Completed utilization studies on networks and network elements.

Drove sales and marketing efforts that resulted in more than $25M in client sales in the IT professional services and network products market segment.

Contribute to community initiatives while serving on the Grater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Technology Council, working with Cisco Systems, IBM, EDS, and AT&T to promote technology to the community.

Led the design and implementation of several network architectures in the Dallas campus, utilizing a detailed project plan upgrading hardware and software tools. Executing a phase approach to migrate 10,000+ nodes.

Upgraded UNIX server farms to dedicated switches for load balancing and fail over support.

Planned and led several large-scale data center consolidations, comprised of 500+ servers, including mainframes and mid-range systems; transitioned IBM 3090 mainframes.

Project manage, coordinated resources as well as build out and tested aspects of the datacenter operations.
