Responsibilities:
Conducting safety induction & daily tool box talk for all worker’s & staff who are going on site.
Prepare review daily safety reports.
Prepare Accident prevention plan & Activity hazard analysis as per EM385 1-1.

Responsibilities:
Safety talk (Tool Box Meeting) is conducted before they start the work at least 5 to 15 minutes.
Daily monitoring for the workers at the job site area to ensure that they maintain their respective area tidy and clean (housekeeping) for at least 10 to 20 minutes before knock off time in every day.
Check and inspect power, electrical and mechanical tools etc. used by the workers at the job site to secure in good conditions to avoid any untoward accident happen while commencing their job.
Make employees able to understand the safety sings and color code to eliminate the hazards.

Responsibilities:
Fire prevention of all site activities, testing of smoke and heat detectors, conducting drills. Checkup Breathing Apparatuses sets.
Maintain a checklist for entrance of personals, equipment and vehicles to the job site to make sure that all personals are evacuated in case of emergency evacuation.
Investigation of accident and preparation of incident and reports.
