I am a retired commissioned officer at Sri Lanka Army, and joined the army in 1999 and served more than 19 years for the nation. I have followed many courses in local and foreign countries. During the period of my service I have improved the education qualification and gained military experience as well. As a result of the military courses I have followed, I have obtained the knowledge and experience in the field of Human Recourse Management and Duties of the Operational Management. During the period of my military life I have held various appointments covering commanding, staff and administration fields. These appointments helped me to gain an excellent knowledge and understanding about the professionalism and it will help me to work with the civil management sector.
