EXPERIENCE

1. SITE: KRANJI WATER RECLAMATION PLANT, PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD, SINGAPORE Responsibilities:

• Ensure that projects being carried out conform to company safety & quality management systems and comp ly with In-house rules & regulations.

• Prepare and revise Engineering documents, Drawing, Risk Assessment, Method statements, Safe work proc edures, O&M manuals for all necessary works.

• Maintenance and operation of step-down transformers, H.T and L.T circuit breakers and switch gears

(from the range of 11 KVA /22 KVA).

• Electrical and Instruments system installation, testing & commissioning management:

• MV/LV(6.6kV/433V) Transformers (ABB), HT & LT Switchgear, LT motor upto 160KW rating, Small Po wer & Lighting DB, Marshalling Panels and Junction boxes, Control stations, Panel Earthing and Lightenin g protection system (LPS), Fire Alarm system, Motorised actuators (ROTORK, AUMA), Mechanical Venti lation and Aircon system.

• Instruments Handled – Liquid Analysis (Ph meter, DO Analyser, Conductivity Analyser).

• Provide technical support and assist manager in project planning and coordination of site activities.

• Testing and Commissioning of MV, LV Power, Control, Signal & Earth Cables.

• Plan and Schedule work activities at sites in accordance to Master Schedule and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.

• Follow the procedure for LOTO & DE-LOTO in fault and maintenance systems. 2 of 3

• Gained knowledge about Motor Starters & Cable Size designing.

• Supervision of Testing and Commissioning of LT, HT Panels (from the range of 415 V – 120 KV), Servicin g of VCB, ACB, SF6 Breakers.

• Testing and Commissioning of ACB, VCB, SF6 Breakers, Relays, Transformers, Cables, LT & HT Panels. Understand the SLD, Electrical Interlocks and Electrical Control Circuit Trouble Shooting.

• Testing and Commissioning of C.T, P.T and Protection Relays (Numerical, Electromagnetic & Micro Proce ssor) based Protection Relays Calibration of Meters.

• Review of Electrical & Control Drawings, P&ID Drawings, PLC panel drawing & I/O list.
