BIMENYA Theogene is a Consultant; He joined Consultancy services in January 2018 having served in the Public Sector Service for over 17 years as Head of Finance. A proficient with a broad knowledge of a wide range in financial management, strategic planning, budgeting, accounting, designing internal controls as well as financial reporting for decision making. Prior to joining Public service, Theogene was incharge of Foreign currencies and Western union in Commercial Bank of Rwanda (now called I&M BANK).
Theogene is an MBA holder Majoring in Project Management Option from Mount Kenya University,He also has other Degrees and certificates attained from other Universities as seen below.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Perform financial and accounting related activities in a timely manner.
-Supervise finance journal entries and account reconciliation reports done by accountants
-Evaluate financial documents for correctness and completeness.
-Ensure financial and accounting reports are prepared in accordance to MINECOFIN and IFMIS guidelines on Monthly basis and Prepare budget for the entity and Make a follow up of its execution on Monthly basis.
-Generate financial transaction records for collections, invoices, payments, expenses, revenues, etc for future reference purposes.
-Review all accounting procedures and recommend improvements.
-Address financial issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
-Maintain accurate documentation for financial operations and transactions.
-Assist staff on the accounting practices and financial record keeping.
-Review income statements and Balance Sheets to identify gaps and find relevant solutions.
