Determine preliminary Scope and key drivers and quantify the TA needs.

Extract initial work list from SAP based on known cyclic tasks and communicate to operation coordinators.

Monitor & control project by updating schedule and highlighting the project team whenever schedule does not appear to meet project or business objectives by providing recommendations to mitigate issues. Prepare revised programs for major changes by keeping log of events and issuing secondary/tertiary baselines as per requirements.

Timely allocation, distribution and assessment of resources to project activities within the Baseline and amended programs in order to generate cost control data.
