Determine preliminary Scope and key drivers and quantify the TA needs.
Extract initial work list from SAP based on known cyclic tasks and communicate to operation coordinators.

Define scope, goals and deliverables for successful execution of projects in collaboration with senior management & client. Manages an effective project work within project portfolio so as to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and Control areas of concerns, scheduling conflicts during the planning & execution process, participate in scope challenges and present the risk assessment to higher management. Preparation of project reports and verify all data to ensure that it is accurate and reflects the status of the project.

Monitor & control project by updating schedule and highlighting the project team whenever schedule does not appear to meet project or business objectives by providing recommendations to mitigate issues.
