Coordinate with stores for the delivery and issuance of beddings, housekeeping items and PPE to the newly arrived employees. Prepare list of these items in conjunction with Administration Department for impending mobilization of new employees.
To maintain sanitation, cleanliness hygiene and upkeep of all facilities of the camp.
Prepare daily camp report and submit it to the Administration Department.
Carry out pest control at the camp facility as per the schedule.
To monitor and report any unsafe, unhygienic acts of discipline against the company’s Code of Conduct.
Responsible for the recreation facilities and for the misuse of recreation equipment’s. Also responsible for the periodic maintenance of these equipment’s.
Monitor all movement of employees from one facility to other based on project/site requirement.
Respond to all Emergency situation during working hours and also based on the need basis (as when required), arrange First Aid treatment with coordination with the medical/HSE concern and arrange necessary transportation of the victim to the Hospital for further medical care.
To work as Chief Fire Warden in the event of fire, help to evacuate the people from the camp and notification to the Civil Defense Emergency response team for necessary help. Mess:
