Provides logistical and security support to expatriates and liaise with key officials (Immigration, Embassy, and Airline operators).

Ensures the consistent application of organizational and business unit policies and procedures.

Builds and maintains relationships with key departments and Company affiliates to ensure cooperation and teamwork.

Perform site surveys of existing facilities and equipment to capture and report the current conditions and develop repair and maintenance scopes of work.

Develops, cultivates, and owns key relationships with Landlords, Property Management companies and third-party service providers and vendors

Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators

Managed all disasters and emergencies in the field such as water heaters, equipment failures, and security issues, fires, and natural disasters.
