I transferred within the same company to a newer and bigger facility with around 100 mental health patients. I was responsible for supervising and charting the activity of the patients, such as monitoring baseline behavior and intervening to redirect towards healthy coping skills. Duties also included providing emotional support and counseling. I implemented personalized treatment plans and monitored progress.
