I honestly love being able to work and I love the feeling of being able to help other people whenever they need it. I have worked here for a little over three years, and in those years, my managers had talked about training me to become a manager myself. In all those years of working, there had been more times than I could count on both hands where it’s been a constant rush for at least three hours or more, or being super understaffed while in the middle of COVID, and I didn’t complain or need to stop all while maintaining good customer service and made sure my customers were happy and if they had any issues it was taken care of.
