• Working as Estate Manager/Customer Relation manager Karma lake lands,worked as Club Manager and Facility Manager JLL (in Unitech Karma Lake Lands).

• Coordinating all of the pre-opening activities on club and coordinate with the construction team, the construction timeline and act as a liaison between company personnel, construction contractors and management.

• Assisting overseeing and managing all on site activities at property, including scope development, identifying and managing designers, as well as consultants, and contractors.

• Develop long and short range plans for the operation of the club. Ensure the plans, once approved, are properly executed. Ensure operational standards are communicated, trained, and maintained.

• Assist and coordinate timely budget and forecasts regarding, but not limited to business levels, financial requirements, personnel needs and organization plans needed to support the club operations.

• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.

• Marketing and selling conference, recreational and other facilities of the club. Housekeeping and F&B arrangements.

• Manage the restaurants, bar & banquets to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

• Developing and implementing procedures, control systems for maintaining hygiene & quality standards.

• Leading efforts for streamlining processes and generating cost savings in operation

• Coordinating with guests for resolving their concerns/ needs.

• Co-ordinating manpower planning, selection, induction and socialization activities in the organization.

• Interfacing with other departments for all requisitions, re-stocking and inventory according to set standards.

• Cleanliness & housekeeping of villas including area outside bund and the Bio- treatment plant installed there.

• General maintenance and timely coordination with projects / maintenance of any repair etc. needed.

• Ensure Karma assets/ equipments etc. as available on project remains in good useable condition at all times.

• Coordinating maintenance billing of residents (through the maintenance dept). Security

Maintenance

• Keep a check on the works done by maintenance including golf. Report / deficiencies timely and submit weekly reports of observations, deficiencies and improvements required.

• Keep an eye on procurements / maintenance expenses as possible.

• Keep a check on deployment of permanent and casual workers.

• Maintain a resident complaint register & general defects register and enter date and time of complaints & observations and their rectification.

• Cross-check that house-keeping supervisor are keeping a record of complaints / improvements required on daily basis.

• Keep a check on use of DG. (required capacity DG should only be used).

• Keep a check on the campus general cleanliness, housekeeping, street lighting including golf course and the villa landscape.

• Compliance/ Reporting of no honking, ban on use of gutka etc at site. Notices / Correspondence

• Receive notices and letters on site and ensure timely delivery to those concerned.

• General Coordination & Reporting as per site and resident needs.

• General coordination as required by Management to report matters accordingly.

• Coordinate with Government officals and offices. General Responsibility

• To keep a check on general improvements required in the maintenance of campus, facilities to the residents and how the extra expenditure, if any being incurred can be cut/ brought down. Report such matters timely.

• Taking care of the entire Eco Practises in the campus.Monitoring and coordinating of Garbaging Segregation and disposal from campus properly.

• Coordinating with Horiticulture manager for Organic farming.
