Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Prepare Job Descriptions as per the technical requirement and post the job in the job portals.
Coordinating with the different technical team for the selection of the candidates.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner
Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant creates job description, ensuring current positions are accurately posted.
Maintaining the recruitment database, including applicant response and any data input.
Identifying potential candidates & sourcing them through existing database, contacts, and referrals. Handling initial screening of the relevant candidates and lineup for the final rounds.
HR Operations:
Support to the Senior Management in taking meeting minutes, responding to emails, drafting letters, MIS reports, and document presentation in Power Point slides.
